30 Days in Japan | Sony FX3 | Cinematic Travel Film
30 days across Japan, through quiet landscapes and hidden gems away from the crowds. After a year, we returned to Japan to experience a different side of this incredible country. Filmed in prefectures like Wakayama, Kyushu, Nara, and Nagano. I hope this short cinematic travel video offers a glimpse into this amazing road trip. Sony FX3 | Cinematic Short Film | Fleeting Moments
I wanted to create this personal film as an ode to the short nordic summer season and to serve as a reminder to enjoy the here and now and appreciate moments of life, big or small. "Vemod" is an iconic Swedish word that describes a mix of melancholy and nostalgia. Sony A7S III | Cinematic Travel Film | Sirui Saturn 35mm Anamorphic
A cinematic travel video shot on the Sirui Saturn 35mm 1.6x anamorphic during a three weeks in NZ. Although the 1.6x squeeze factor on a full frame sensor felt pretty wide at times, it was a fun challenge shooting everything on the 35mm. I can’t wait to get my hands on the other focal lengths when they come out! What do you think about the footage? Let me know if you have any questions about the lens and I’ll answer them in the comments!
