Cinematography, sound, editing, color grading: Alessandro "AxiA" Serradimigni Music by: Joe Hodgin Camera: Paisley Zerr Starring : Joe Daru Beau Dolly This the 48 hour schedule we went through to be able to pull this off in 48 hours : Friday: 5 pm - Prompt released 5 pm - 2 am - talk and brainstorm over ideas (had two potential ideas we played with but not fully sold on) Saturday: 3 am - 8:30 am - sleep 9 am - hop on a call to further discuss ideas 11 am - feel good about an idea and direction 12 pm - meet up at Axias house to go over idea in details 1 pm - 5 pm - write script, call friends to see who’s available, prep costumes/props, etc. 5 pm- 7 pm - eat food, set up lights & camera, etc - while we wait for sunset so we can film. 7:45 - sunset 8 pm - first shot 8 pm - 4 am - filming Sunday: 4 am-5 am - Axia eats/unloads footage onto computer. #cinematic #colorgrading #filmmaking About a year ago I received my @zyoptics9946 Speedmaster lens set and it quickly became my go-to lens set whenever I just wanna shoot something for fun in my spare time. In this video, I just tried to put together some of my favorite clips I captured with my wife during some of our trips. It's not trying to be a story or anything, just more an artsy collage of some of my favorite run and gun shots that I captured with her. One my first edits ever to be made fully in Resolve, be patient! All shots were captured on my Komodo (some shots on the Og and some on the X ) paired with the Mitakon Speedmaster T1.0 RF lens set (20mm, 35mm, 50mm). All the shots are captured for the most part at T1.0 or T1.5 all handheld using existing sunlight or streetlights. I also had a pro mist 1/4 in front of the lenses for the most part. We challenged ourselves to shoot something in just 3 days gathering some talented friend actors who were waiting for the actors' strike to end. #shortfilm #filmmaking #cinematography Hello Everybody! Welcome to our latest short film : "INTERRUPTED". It was a long and fun process to put together this short film in the past 6 months during our spare time. This is our longest short film to date (17 minutes). We really wanted to challenge ourselves with a longer story and take the time to go deeper with the characters and their backstories. So take a seat and enjoy. *** I would love to know your general feedback in the comment section! *** We didn't have a dedicated budget for this film but we tried our best to be creative and bring this short story to life. Color grading was finalized using my LUT for accurate colors (LINK) : https://youtu.be/0t1faw1pmIE GEAR TALK : I used several cameras and lenses to put together this film, I always like to mix and match gear to see how different cameras perform. The main camera for this film was my @BlackmagicDesignOfficial BMPCC 4k along with the sigma 18-35 1.8. I also used the @reddigitalcinema Komodo along with the ZhongYi Optics 35mm T1.0 in the flashback at 5:41 and the night outdoor scene at 17:00 . For the Final scene (at 17:20 ) I instead used the Sony a7siii with the ISO 12800 in Slog 3. I lit the whole film using my @aputurelighting lights ( 300D , 120Dii , MC , Nova P300C) I color graded this film using Resolve 17 and @FilmConvert .
