USING STRINGOUT TIMELINES in DaVinci Resolve
In this episode I show you how to work with “pancake” or stringout timelines in the Edit page, a technique favoured by many editors. ⚠️ Updated workflow for DaVinci Resolve 20 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XXxOe2MCCMw&t=374s ⚠️ This technique is particularly useful if you are working with large numbers of clips in your project as you don’t have to open each one individually to view it, and is similar to working with the Source Tape in the Cut page. The second shows you how you can leverage all the editing functions in Resolve by loading the stringout timeline into the Source Viewer.
