Hi, I'm Matt. I'm a photographer based in Northern California. Here I'll share my behind the scenes experiences of how I make my photos, from early hikes to catch the sunrise in a National Park to a quick bike ride into to shoot the sunset. I'll share my successes, my failures, photography and travel tips, bag reviews (of course), and the challenges of doing it all on a moderate budget.
