The excitement of hitting record to capture something with our camera can get the best of us and will also be what makes or brakes our career. I used to think I could figure it all out on the day of filming when in turn I did not understand it was hurting me to not pre plan everything. I didn't know what story boarding was and even though I had an understanding of scripting I never thought it was necessary. The game changer was when I incorporated preproduction into my filmmaking. I know the goal is to reach as many people as possible and that's not the problem, because we are creatives and we want the world to see our art. We want to challenge all middle Georgia Filmmakers to create a short film with your choice of genre. Rules and regulations of this challenge are subject to change at any given time by the host of the challenge to properly accommodate the direction of the challenge. By Submitting your short film you agree to be bound by these terms and understand that you release the host and their company from any and all law suits or disagreements you encounter while entering this challenge. Here are the Rules: 1. Must live in the middle Georgia Area and willing to pick up the Prize in Perry Ga. if you win. 2. Must be 18 years plus or have a legal Parent signed consent that allows you to be involved if you are under age. 3. Actors, actresses, locations, props and anything involved will not be provided by us. It must be done by you and your own accord. No money or time shall be compensated for your involvement in this challenge. 4. If you miss the deadline of submission there will be no more further opportunities to enter the challenge. 5. All entries must use non copyright music provided by the participant. 6. All footage and entries shall be submitted with the understanding and acknowledgment that it can and will be used by the host to be shown on the YouTube channel and all social media of the hosting party. Furthermore if any other challenge be done in the future the content shall be used as well. The party entering the footage however continues to be the rightful owner of the content but gives the host party the right of use. 7. There shall only be ONE WINNER in this short film contest whom must live in the middle Georgia area. 8. The WINNER shall be chosen by the Host and all of the Subscribers of the channel hosting the Challenge by June 30th. The channel shall show the short film and have the subscribers choose which one they think is the best along with the host. This is a Filmmaking channel so I thought I'd show you some filmmaking. This mini Short film was filmed literally in my yard with the most minor things. I bought the helmet and suit with gloves on Temu. I simply recorded the scenes without even knowing what I was going to say, then I came in looked at the footage color graded it put music and then Wrote the micro script concept while on Artlist in the AI voice over section. I filmed it on the FX6 paired with the Sirui 35mm t2.9. I also used the Dji Rs3 pro with the lidar to make the anamorphic lens into an autofocus,. Also don't come after me I know they now have autofocus anamorphic lenses but they are crop sensor and I am budgeting for my second independent film that I will begin filming this year. With all of the streaming platforms and content on social media we have seen a major shift on how we experience film. Even the Major Studios have seen how it has changed and it has forced them to focus on going straight to streaming platforms and bypassing the Theatre. This has given us the Independent Filmmakers a huge advantage to finally get our movie ideas out to the world in a way we never thought possible. In this short video, we'll be shooting the Central Georgia annual Firefighter combat Challenge with our Sigma 24-70 f2.8 and FX3 cameras. This year's challenge is a great opportunity to test out our new cameras and see how they perform in a real-world situation. Sorry for the shaky footage I was walking with no stabilizer and I am trying to get a laptop or desktop that can handle the workflow of the komodo at full resolution smoothly so I am very limited with stabilizing in post. I can however tell you that I am in LOVE with the Red Komodo and Sirui RF 50mm anamorphic together. It is a match made in heaven. Great for my next movie I am currently writing. Digging my feet into the Sony a7iii and its really making me work for it lol, but Im in love with filmmaking So im pushing my limits and just creating. Not worried about the outcome just getting content together. I think a big part of why we Filmmakers get stuck a majority of the time is because we worry about the outcome instead of just creating and continue to improve our skills by trial and error. You will see Motor Operations Calibration STEP 3: Scroll down to Calibration and push to the right on wheel to choose. You should now see Offset Balance chk Gyro Acc STEP 4: Choose Offset by pushing wheel to the right. You should now see Tilt Roll Pan STEP 5: Scroll down to Roll and turn the wheel to the right or left to calibrate your MOZA AIR 2 to your Desired Level. Hope this Helped. If so Comment down Below.
